Lovely compact room and en-suite. Quality bedding. Nicely presented breakfast. Excellent and generous host. Quiet street close to restaurants and town center.
Nothing, all excellent.

I got excellent value for my money at this charming guest house. The room was cozy and comfortable, and I loved the classical Scottish furniture and books. The location was perfect, just a pleasant stroll away from the city center with its bars and restaurants. The staff, especially Janet, were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast even better would have been more variety in the options offered.
